Highlights from IKEA Product Training

Singapore, Singapore, November 2017 – Leading localization agency, elionetwork Pte Ltd along with IKEA organized a product training course on “VOIP phone system” for IKEA’s internal staff in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand in the month of October 2017.

This training course was conducted to ensure the end users know the benefits of implementing new system as well at its usage and functions in place of the old one. This activity was conducted to uplift the skills and competency of IKEA’s staff which will enable them to carry out the role assigned to them, to achieve the ultimate goal of establishing seamless communication among the organization’s staff as well as with the consumers.

As a localization agency elionetwork Pte Ltd was assigned the task to localize the content according to different markets and conduct three different multimedia training sessions. The sessions were conducted in English at IKEA Tebrau, Johar Bahru (Southeast Asia’s largest store) and IKEA Singapore stores. For Bangkok, Thailand the session was conducted in Thai language to train IKEA employees.
